Our Staff Our workers and sales representatives in the U.S. are either coaches or they run their own sports organization. We currently have 53 employees in the U.S. (over 3,500 workers in China and the Philippines). A good number of them coach basketball at the club and/or high school level, and the rest either coach football, rugby, hockey, soccer, volleyball, or cheer. Thus we have a well informed group of knowledgeable sales representatives who can assist you in your particular sport. Our first prerogative in hiring a competent employee is that he or she must have coached at a competitive club level at one point in their lives. This is crucial to understanding the demands and requests of coaches and administrators, thus creating a pleasant and successful “customer service” atmosphere. Not only do we have reps in each sport category, but we also have teams devoted to brand management, research and development, sales, business development, operations, entertainment, and hospitality. Being that we are all sports buffs, here at Head-2-Tō Sportswear our work is our first love, and quality uniforms coupled with superb customer service is our satisfaction.
