Sportswear Font/Numbering and Lettering Style   We have a wide variety of unique graphics and lettering designs. We can offer screen printing, manual or digital embroidery, and tackle twill. Our team of designer even know how to mix all three forms of lettering/graphics to achieve that in depth look that you desire. We can create a mock up design for your approval before the order is placed and before production begins. Lettering capabilities: • We use only the finest quality inks, threads and twill. • We specialize in “athletic” lettering. We know the look that you want. • Player names may be screen-printed or tackle twill sewn on the fabric. • All of our lettering is permanent. • Our lettering is held to the same strict standards as our uniforms.   Graphics We have developed a Draft Board with a wide variety of uniform templates for you to choose from in our catalogue so that you can build and design your own uniforms. If, however, you have a specific design that is in picture or jpeg format, we can customize your uniforms the way you want them. Should you require graphic design services for the creation of special logo or artwork, we have a number of graphic designers that you can implement your idea into a perfect logo at NO extra charge! Screen-Printing A method of printing comparable to using a stencil. The background design is painted on the screen with printing paste and the dye is printed through the exposed fabric. Different colors require separate screens.   Embroidery Depending on difficulty, we embroider logo designs manually or digitally. There are NO FEES for logo design nor for computer disk set up (tooling charges). Tackle Twill For most of our uniforms, we use twill material for letters and numbers. These are cut and sewn directly onto garments with a zigzag tack down border. Tackle twill lettering and designs are produced using the heaviest, most colorfast twill (the same twill used by Major Leagues, NFL, and NBA) and all lettering and designs are cut in-house. With this capability we have the potential to produce tackle twill designs in almost the same unlimited variety as in screen-printing and embroidery.   Appliqué Appliqué designs are created by combining tackle twill and embroidery. Your design is created from tackle twill which is highlighted and/or attached to the garment by stitching with our embroidery machine. The result is a high end, custom made product that produces a clean and professional look.
